A former Rivers State commissioner of finance and two times Nigerian ambassador to Ivory coast , professor ambassador Lawrence baraebibai ekpebu who is also the 1st African to graduate from havard University is dead he died 82 years.

He passed out on January 3rd 2022.
He hails from bayelsa state kolokuma opokuma LGA
