Make money, eat good food/fruits and have enough rest. Your skin must glow.

Most importantly; drink plenty of water
It can never be overemphasized.

It moisturizes your skin from within, humidifies and brightens your skin on the outside, and clear your eyes.

Do you know what sunscreen does to the body

It is to protect your skin from damages caused by direct sun rays, it is not for bleaching.

What it does, your melanin cannot do.

The best things you can do to help treat pimples/acne are:

- Drink plenty of water on a daily basis.

- Eat any of these fruits and vegetables -oranges, cucumbers, carrots, apples, bananas…daily.

- Use mild liquid soap to wash your face daily.

- Always wash your sponge or face towel before using to wash your face.

- Resist the urge to pick the pimples.

- Don’t use any harsh products on your face. Especially skin drying or oil products.

- Always make sure your bedspread and pillow cases are clean.

It has 3 different sizes. The smallest size is 1800 or 2000 depends on the location.
You can get it at cosmetic shops in any supermarket or regular market.

You are missing the point. Melanin protects your skin from the sun's UV. Oyibo people made sunscreens to protect their body because they lack melanin. Why do you think you get darker when you have prolonged exposure to the sun? Unlike oyibo people (including albinos) who get sunburned, your body produces more melanin to shore up protection. It's a feedback mechanism. Have you ever seen a sunburned black person?

Rosacea is a condition that causes redness and often small, red, pus-filled bumps on the face.

Signs and symptoms include: facial blushing or flushing, visible veins, skin sensitivity, swollen bumps, burning sensation.

Treatment such as antibiotics or anti acne medication can control and reduce symptoms. If left untreated, it tends to worsen over time.
Some ingredients to note is:
Salicylic Acid
Rosorcinol
Benzoyl peroxide
Azelaic acid...
A counter product can contain one or more of the above ingredient.

Sheywa Face Custard is an acne clear treatment product that help clear spots, acne, razor bumps, reduce swelling, soothes and calm the facial skin, unclog pores, brighten and naturally tones the skin. Its ingredients include Salicylic and Azelaic Acid. Treatment could take from 2weeks to 6 months.
Size: 100g

Wearing sunscreen religiously is tedious...

Picking a pimple when it's plumped up is so so hard to resist.

Spf creams are even expensive, and the quantity isn't much either.

Person go dey spend 20kplus for only creams every month. Glad I stopped. angry

Black people get skin cancer. Black skin is prone to hyperpigmentation. Melanin is not 100% effective against sun rays.

OK I got these spots from pimples and I look darker though I'm fair kinda.... Would this be readily recommendable to treat the aforementioned?
