So how come he couldn’t deliver oyo and ondo to Buhari in 2019 while going almost 50:50 in the other states? The sentiments about having a president from the East is high in SE such that if APC by some chance(which am not sure) presents an easterner, they will vote him as long as he is credible. If that happens, the votes from the east would make up the lost votes from the west. And lest you forget, buhari had always had 12m votes locked down. Tinubu just made it up with 3m votes extra to push him across the line. And hey, tinubu is not the reason why buhari made inroads to the north central as well
