For the pick-up, you can order Uber. Also, there are rideshare groups with people who'll be willing to do that.
First, get a SIM card. Maybe Bell, Rogers or whichever. I use Koodo btw.
For SIN, just google the address for the one in your town/city and take Uber to the place.
For bank account, you can try RBC plus they give good credit card limit.
Concerning internet, I'll recommend bell. Google their customer service line and listen to their deals.
For apartment, try Kijiji or Facebook marketplace or ask around. You might be lucky to know someone who knows someone that has a pointer for a good apartment.

Of you have anymore question, don't hesitate to ask.
Thank you so much for this.

Someone was asking for resources on taxes the other day. Here's taxes 101 directly from the CRA:

Good day House, How "Legit" is CANADIM.COM ?
they are legit and registered. But they will take your money (over 4k Canada dols)and promise you heaven and earth. But last last they dont have any magic wand ( like most of the registered agents) and you will be frustrated and keep waiting in vain. Information is online and free do it yourself . They can process work permit but can’t find you job required for it

Sorry about that bro.
Current occupant of the other room is a lady, hence the preference. If I have any other, I'll let you know.

a friend of mine was contacted by his social media contact (married woman) who resides in Canada over a job she got for him; let's say she contacted him and made recommendation of jobs available for him.
this my friend studied Mechanical engineering technology. he has less funds with him, but confide in me that he can sort out funds if only he can get a comprehensive requirements/costs of traveling to Canada.
my questions are these.. what are these requirements? what type of visa will be eligible for him? and lastly, since the lady is willing to assist him with a job, what is expected from the lady to do, questions to ask her concerning this arrangements etc.

I need your input on this matter. Thank you guys.

Hello everyone, I have a question regarding IMM1294.

The applicant is currently in Canada with Visitors visa but originally from Nigeria. She's applying for study permit.
Questions 7 & 9 are confusing.

Question 7 is asking about Current Country or territory of Residence

Question 9 is asking about Country or territory where applying.

Is it right to have both answers as Canada?Thank you.
