The suffering for christ is the persecution we go through. Not suffering of things christ has died for .

The video is biblically accurate. Our Suffering, when united to the sufferings of Christ, becomes a means of our own sanctification and of others. Don’t waste your suffering, our suffering, offered up in prayer, is powerful in the eyes of God when offered up with love.. Much like prayer United with fasting is much more powerful. St. Paul himself explained:

“ Now I rejoice in what I am suffering for you, and I fill up in my flesh what is still lacking in regard to Christ’s afflictions, for the sake of his body, which is the church.”
