I have already fund it with 50k for $100 but it didn't go

So contact their customer support. Did you use the virtual card billing address stated on the app?

Same happened to me with godaddy but I got a solution.

The Barter app shows you the billing address mapped to the virtual card - that's the address you should use for your transaction
