The vendor sold an original PB. But im surprised when it suddenly stoped working this morning. I used it to charge not long ago and decided to charge it. Bit refused to power on.
PLS HELP ME IF YOU KNOW HOW TO SOLVE THIS OR HOW TO RETURN IT TO CLAIM WARRANTY!

I have similar issue with my Poolee powerbank. I mistakenly charged it with a faulty charger and since it has refuse to work. It doesn't charge and it doesn't discharge

Does your power bank has a warranty? Mine does bought I just can't locate their office

It's probably power surge (easy to fix) or in worst case may be a blown IC

I use an Oraimo and I can tell you for free, they have one of the best power banks in the market.

What happened to you happened to me 2 months ago but with zealot. I have 2 zealot S1 power banks/players, one has served over a year while the second was barely 2 months as at then. The newer one suddenly stopped coming on and after several attempts, I decided to give it to one teen in my hood that if he can sort it out, he should take. Lo and behold, the guy came back to me within 30mins that the PB is working perfectly well; just a minor disconnect.

It could be a minor issue and if u can't take it to the seller, look for those electricians around and I believe they will sort it.

same thing happened to the one I bought and give my dad.
After 5 months of usage with no ish, I traveled home and dash dem due to there light, 2 months later, they called and say it has stopped meanwhile the new one I bought immediately I gave them that one is clocking 7 months or thereabouts and still going strong.


I suspect the charging power or the charger could be the culprit here because they are I rural area and mostly charge with different generator but mine are mostly charge with nepa and lista generator once in a while.
Those my powers are more stable and could not fluctuate like there own or tendency of even overvoltage.

My submission because I can't fantom exact reason for such stoppage.

My own is still working up till this moment.

Instead of buying power bank why not buy battery giants. 7000mah to 10000mah. Cuz 15000mah go dey pull trousers. Most of the phones are rugged. Waterproof, shock proof.
If not for popularity I recommend Blackview, ulefone, umidigi and oukitel (my current phone).

And by the way, make sure you charge all your new devices 100% before use, so as not to kill the battery.

Pls help. My newly purchased 30000mAh oraimo power bank started discharging real quick. First usage it was okay till it got to zero. Then I charged with lister till 100 percent. It was charging well till it got to 80 percent and tripped off. I charged again till hundred today and it's draining very fast. What do I do pls. Just two weeks old.
