hello Guys,
Pls while reading the thread i discovered i made a mistake while filling my application too. With respect to the question ''have u ever been refused a visa or permit, denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory, i answered (No.) I didnt read this question well, thought it was only for Canada.

Pls what do i do now, do i do a letter of explanation just as someone here was advised to u. I was denied USA visa in 2010 when i wanted to go and deliver my daughter, even though i had been to USA four times and had two other children there. i was also denied UK visa twice but that was before i got married, i applied with my maiden name. This happened in 2003 and 2004

Pls i need you urgent advice, Makano, Ketima, Anon 123 and other person pls. i dont want to recieve a ban for mis represntation. This wasnt intentional at all. I submitted my application 1st December 2021

Good day,

My recommendation is for you to draft an LOE and explain before a decision is made. Ensure you plead because you are at the mercy of the visa officer

Hello,

1) I will suggest you go ahead to open IRCC account for her, either using the new portal or GC key and answer the questionnaire, once you've done that if a custodian letter is required by IRCC, a placeholder will be available for it and you can then go ahead to get it.

2) Since you have a valid visit visa, you can accompany her, I don't believe there's need to include that in her application. Make sure yours is a return ticket so that at port of entry, you can show that you're returning to Nigeria once she's settled in.

Thanks so.much @ YinksXO. I'm grateful .

You get to see it under your eligibility review section, you would be notified there only and not through mail.

Write the school and request for their regular wire transfer details. Tell them you want your local bank to do the payment transfer on your behalf.

Hello everyone, I am new here I got admission to Fanshawe college, I am trying to pay tuition but I don’t know how to go about it especially because of the whole Flywire payment method…
Is there anyone that knows what I can do?

It's always better to do things that will be beyond your control as soon as possible. Your bank is waiting for approval from the CBN before making the transfer.
You can go to the bank and ask questions or if you know someone high up, they can FastTrack your request. All the best.

Hello Chizitere,

How long is your application? ASAP, you need to draft an LOE and explain all those your refusals (denials) from A-Z, stating the reason for your refusal.

Also you may need to fill up the imm form properly again, explain the reasons in the box provided, attach with your LOE and send via webform and email. Please do it immediately.

Please guys, is the transmission fee compulsory for everyone?

I did my biometrics in the Lagos visa office and I’m sending my passport to the same office.

If you're sending to Lagos, no transmission fee since you did your Biometrics in Lagos as well.

hello everyone, congrats to all pprs, more PPRS to follow by God's grace.

Kindly help me out with these issues @makano, @ketima, @legacy edition, @prolifik, @osemigho, @lekiboboe, @justwise, and other gurus in the house

I did upfront medicals in January, but IOM has not sent me any mails yet. Is there a particular process for collecting my result, i have thought of going there to get my medicals result but I'm not sure if thats the right procedure. I have also tried calling their numbers but not through.

I would also like to be enlightened about company sponsorship for study visa. My company would be sponsoring me as a co-partner(husband and I own the company), so I would like to know what documents would be needed for my visa application from the company and from myself.
Also, should the company pay the the school fees and living expense into my account( I have some money in my account as well). If so, what documents will I need to explain the lump sum.

CuteCandy90:
Good morning house.

Please I need your responses. Kindly Indulge.

1.) I submitted my E Form A on Friday the 11th, should I wait for sometime before going to the bank or can I go to the bank tomorrow to ensure the payment is worked on?

2.) Also I submitted a western union payment instruction which i generated on the 11th and it expires today after 72 hours. Will this affect my payment to the school because the payment instruction will have expired before the payment is made?

Thank you for your responses

The essence of this forum is for people to source answers to their questions. These two questions have been asked in different styles and forms and all with the same answer.

IOM most times do not send medical results to you. They are licensed by IRCC to conduct medical exams for them. Therefore your results have been sent to IRCC and you get to know if you have passed the medicals or not when you actually submit. Also, when you completed the medicals, you were given a medical slip. If you have that slip, send it to IRCC via email or webform if you have submitted your app. If you have not, attach that slip to your application documents.

If you company is sponsoring you, it is imperative you demonstrate the company is committed towards sponsoring by either paying your tuition fees and making it known on your SOP and the letter of sponsorship . Please include the CAC of the firm, source of funds of the firm, hubby and you. For the millionth time, you can use RECEIPTS, CONTRACTS, GIFT DEEDS etc to explain lump sums.

Pls i cant understand why i am making so many errors. I have sent the webform and email. Just realised what i sent has errors. I also had two USA refusals when i was still single and two UK refusals. I mistakenly sent only the Uk refusals but with the date for the US refusals and i didnt send the USA refusals while i was single. Honestly these refusals have been so long ago. It skipped my mind though i included a scanned copy of my passport with the stamped dates for both embassies.

Pls is there a way to recall the webform and the emails which i sent.

One of the disadvantages of paying fees via bank considering the shortage of forex in CBN. It takes a long time for the payment to be made because the bank has to buy forex from CBN and then pay for you. Even if you tell the school, they will only respond if you have been debited. I will suggest you look for alternative means to pay but be careful.

Webforms or emails can not be recalled.. What you can do is to write another LOE with detailed explanation.

There was no fingerprint or biometrics used for UK visas in 2003/2004..

If your immigration history/previous travel documents to US was attached to the application to Canada,it May be seen as a genuine mistake...following your explanation!

But if this information above was not disclosed .......

Hello
Please calm down, you can't recall webforms or email you have sent especially when you've gotten confirmation email or message from them.

Please gather all the files and documents that can show tangible proof that you've been denied before, write a well detailed letter of explanation again and appeal to the visa officer that it was an oversight from you and you wouldn't want that error to determine the outcome of your application.
Send it through webform and email again. Then pray seriously that info sharing has not been concluded on your application.

It's in God's hands now ma'am. I'm rooting for you
