but I don’t understand sha

Is Bolt trying to make money or lose money?

So if I filter trips and say complete 10 trips, isn’t that a better commission than if I do only 2 trips for fear of getting blocked?

Anyways, I have no choice but to filter cause I can’t go to some places for the first time, with a rider and be missing my way or entering lasma traps.

Would be best we drag Bolt online and also, via the customer care service.
This Driver Score whatever is not the way forward, it would affect alot of drivers and they'd lose.

As in total Rubbish, they have been mailing me about my falling driver score, I can't be an employee without paid benefits.

I'm seriously considering my options now. Bolt is crazy.
Bolt is actually loosing out big time since they introduced the driver score ish, people are porting daily to other app and if they don’t remove the stupid driver score, they might loose the market soon.

I was at Agungi earlier today and I wanted to see a friend in Ikota cos I didn’t drive today, I tried to book bolt ride and the nearest one was about 10mins out and we all know it’s not like that before. I checked Uber app and the surge was around 1.7x and bolt was around 1.4x.

This means rider are porting to uber and inDriver cos that’s where drivers work more now.

I took the attached picture just now as I was typing this, this is what bolt want all the drivers to be doing, accept and fulfill all trips. We go see how this go end.

Lol, what is this? This is why competition is the best in any type of business. Bolt will revise it soon or they'll pack up.

Bolt is trying to manipulate drivers, moreover, the pricing is still bullshit. The most important factor is "freedom to choose trips"

What do they mean by commission is 20%,Bolt thinks they are talking to dumbos. Booking fee that was ₦20 per ride, all of a sudden they increased to 5% of the ride fare, who does that?

On the pricing, Bolt said, they increased by ₦8., so if you do a trip of roughly 15km. ( the average trip in Lagos) e. g V. I to Yaba.,

The driver makes a net increase of ₦120, less 25%,Bolt still takes ₦30 from the said increase. it still drags down to ₦90.

So all that wahala they added to the app(driver's score) , it's only worth ₦90, Bolt is not serious,

₦90 for christ sakes, NINETY NAIRA, huh huhwhat is ₦90 going to do for you in this economy?

Bolt, master manipulators.

Bolt is a manipulator. You have to be able to read in between the lines to understand their gimmicks.

You bring driver score, forcing drivers to accept and complete all trips, then come up with imaginary fare increase..

May I ask? As it not always been 600 minimum fare?

Like I stated in my reply to their email, we'll see how this ends.

These bolt guys are full of lies nothing is being passed on to the rider.
They have increased their commissions.
There is an amount of fuel that I buy that used to consistently give me gross returns of 20000 naira and a bit above.
Now it barely gives me 18000.
Even the mileage no longer tallies.

Fellow operators on this thread, there is a young man here (a supposed partner) you all need to be weary of, gave this young man my car to drive on weekly remittance, lo and behold it was a tale of regret. He only knows how to move a car from point A to B but not how to drive.
