sunnymighty:Kaii, wahala. But u for mention name ooo so others will be wary of such a driver, people just come here and see huge dashboards they suddenly want to drive. Well, we have been encouraging them to quit thier jobs and start driving AC cars and be making money easily every week. He must have also pee on his boss head.

Josephase:I get it o...I don unfreeze me Uber App already for my phone. But that is still Bonus, without it, na almost 30% be Uber Commission. When they lure us finish u will see their true colour. Reason why I say am not too keen about Bonuses, they are transient, I am more interested in the fares and commission which are more long term and better to plan with. |

Gentlelife50:Mart1King1 should come out and clear himself, he still want me to give him the car to drive so he would be able to remitt a reasonable amount (damage control) after much damage to the car, can you imagine? I hand him over to God, I just want others to be learn from my experience. |

VaselineCrew:On d new system u will not be able to filter trips, so u r forced to accept and complete all trip requests u get. In d long run u will do many more trips than usual. Every single Rider will get a driver willing to go to all godforsaking destinations, so according to their plans, all things being equal, they will make more money. |

Pearl1910:Do you know there are requests that you would actually love to do, but before you get to pu, the rider will cancel. It will affect your driver score. That is not your making, but you have to pay for it, by having your driver score reduced. I have encountered so many of such! |

| Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Pearl1910: 12:35am On Feb 15, 2022 |
ReadaDream:Rubbish...is this the type of price increase we r talking about? Minimum fare should be 1k. And price per Km should be considerably increased. Uber must do same cos if Bolt increases and Uber remains fixed then Riders will just port to Uber. |
| Re: If You Are Uber Partner In Lagos, Please Share Your Experience Here by Pearl1910: 12:58am On Feb 15, 2022 |
Barbiturate:I am aware, but that doesn't change the content of my post. We can still live with Rider cancellation than with Driver cancellation like in d former system. The major issue here is not accepting a trip, and cancelling without getting to PU. U will agree these are the highest types of cancellations in the previous system and that liberty shouldn't be taken away from driver partners. If all ur cancellations are Rider cancelled, you don't really have a problem. |

sunnymighty:Some of you just give out your cars without asking questions. The same Mart1King1 contacted me on WhatsApp when I stated that I have a Sienna looking for a driver (the offer is still available though for anyone interested). When I asked for his nairaland username, he told me. I searched for him and the only post I saw was where he was looking for a car to drive before school resumes. That means he isn't in the business for long term. He is just a student wanting to earn by force through ehailing. That didn't sound right to me as we were looking for someone who will drive the car on hire purchase and have some security deposit. I just ignored him. So, next time before you hire someone here, read through their posts. It truly tells if the person fits in to what you want. Imagine someone that cannot drive corolla within Lagos wants to come and take a Sienna to drive interstate. People should calm down in their quest to start making money cause it's only a living being that can make money.

Pearl1910:Forced to complete all requests? We are not robots na, lol. So I will be in my city and someone will request me to Ibadan and I will just leave like that? Shooo I was almost tempted today to request a driver to Katsina from lekki here, just to see what would happen, but I didn’t want to mess up some innocent drivers rating. I was shocked that I could put Katsina on my rider app, like for real? and it showed me 5 mins. So all the preparation a driver needs to go to katsina from lekki is 5 minutes; Call your wife/gf and tell her you won’t be home for dinner, lol. Anyways I still won’t go on trips that I can’t do, like mainland trips and so on... but the trips I can do, I do them to the best of my abilities with a clean car and a smile on my face. I hope that would be enough to keep me from getting blocked, but only time will tell. |

Felicity001:Make una no mind me ooh... Na joke oh anybody way try rubbish na him know o But Bolt should stop this nonsense it's doesn't make sense. I was at NIPCO at Sabo, Ikorodu yesterday waiting for a bolt rider after we agreed she meets me up. Id waited more than 25min and was wondering weather the girl was playing me so I turned on my Uber app and a request came in. B4 then there were this man, a woman and a little girl standing besides my car I never knew they where the one that requested the ride. Uber was showing about 1.3km away but on the app I could see the rider was somewhere around me. Gmap said I'd arrived. Rider was chatting saying I'm here. Me was asking where are you going to? Next thing the lady said are you the one? Me: where are you guus going to? R: Itamaga or something forgotten Me: sorry I'm not going. She felt frautrated and stepped back. The man: why are you online? Me: pulse abd speechless Man: do you know that what you're people are doing is wrong? I can report you rejected a trip. Me: Sir I've every right to reject any trip not favourable to me. Man: wqs still talking... I just ignored him and asked him to report if he pleases Lady: can u cancel so another driver can accept Me: cancellation us free so u cancel Lady: I just got unblocked for to many cancel Me: hmm... What considering to cancel... Lady: you people are so stupid you... Insulting her self and her useless husband. Me I didn't answer them again.... Next minute rider cancelled. I went off line. My Bolt rider came after I'd cancelled with a paid waiting time of over 25min. We moved. No time... na 4k from Sabo to Owode Onirin end the stress. |

NawtieNerd:What are others paying? What type of car is it?? You have confirmed the car is a tokunbo in good shape. So if u owned it, how much will u put it out for, bearing in mind u will still do d servicing and maintenance? Put yourself in d owners shoes, and if u can't meet up as a driver with your own expectations as an owner then don't bother spoiling ur reputation and wasting each others time. |
