We live in a country,where the constitution has become a 60 Exercise book.

For the life of me,why is this guy still a minister? Well,such possibilities are only possible within a government headed by an accident of history.
This guy throws all the moralities of good tastes out the window. First,look at the way he handled the NIN issue,where cronies are allowed to rip off Nigerians in the name of some superfluous national ID registration.An exercise that could easily have been done using the BVN data base.
Then,he was discovered to be having terrorists sympathies,with Nigerians very wary of their bio data being compromised.
Now,the professorship issue.Clearly,he bought the title,and his principal,the President ,should be ill at ease within himself of this misfit's continued presence in his cabinet.
This fading government - I'm sure- will go down in history as the most irresponsible and corrupt.

You also can't "appoint" a serving gov't minister for work he doesn't perform. Professorship isn't a chieftancy title. It's a job you actually perform.

By Nigerian federal laws, a gov't minister can't take another appointment while in service. So appointing Pantami is a violation of the law for which both he and the crooked VC who appointed him should be fired if Nigeria were a functional country.

That’s one reservation I had about Rochas . In his quest for presidency , he brought APC to the East and Imo in particular, gave out ancestral land to Hausa/Fulani people , to be in the good books of Northerners, and since then , ugly events have continuously birthing in Imo .
