You can't be jumping around during performance like you did when you were in your early and mid 20s — At some point, the bones begins to give up on you and begins to stiffen up to a fragile course as predestined by nature/evolution.

This is why football clubs HARDLY extend long term contract with players above 30, except you are a Ronaldo, Messi or Thiago Silva.
