I don't really blame the city of Ottawa and the province of Ontario. The protest wasn't really about mandate but a push for far right extremists to destabilize and sabotage the economy. It's no surprise that a lot of the funds that was frozen came from Texas and Florida, aside Alberta in Canada.

Actually, you can be arrested for a crime before you commit the crime if there's irrefutable evidence that there's a premeditated intention to commit that crime or not.
