You don't want to know how much its cost me when a delivery truck drive to me site per day because of these miscreants Omo Onile. Some of them can kill because of 5k naira my brother, the day I saw it with mine korokoro eyes when my driver is arguing with them when we follow truck to site. My brother when one of them shattered bottle in the head of the truck driver, they are asking him for 4k I end up giving them 8k not to kill this guy. Since then no more augments ooo, I become gentle man around them.

Two things as an FYI.

1) I regret not sinking the borehole earlier in the project because a) I spent way too much money buying water and b) I had to later break part of my fence to allow the rig to enter.

2) Allegedly, if you don’t use the borehole often then it may go bad.

LG HOnoured the warranty on my 1hp inverter ac..it stopped chilling..they came inspected and confirmed compressor was bad...said the compressor was back ordered, called me 3wks later to confirm that replacement compressor is available now..they came, installed same and I didn't pay a dime. inverter ac has 2yr wanarnty..this issue happened about 1yr into use

Someone said earlier that nairaland is bad for business, no not nairaland but some c*ckhead baby adult on the property section here makes it seem so once you don't align with their School of thought.
We must demand for the best as there is no excuse for any artisan to collect someone's hard earned money and throw it down the drain but it's wrong to conclude there are no credible and top notch service provider that can compete with foreigners if you have been dealing with the bad ones so far.
The individual should check him/herself to know what might be the factors getting him attracted to the wrong artisans.

Talking about borehole, we did one before starting building proper. Total cost was over #1M. Some people said it would dry up since there is no one there to constantly use it.
Solution
Let the gateman sell the water. Don't ask for account of how much he is making from it because he will use the money to fuel the gen which keeps the borehole running.

Oga Michlins we are still saving money for correct tank stand. Hope it wont break the bank since this is like a 2 storey building because of the penthouse.

the constant use of the borehole is the best way to ensure it's working optimally.

If you observe, companies making table water don't usually have issues with their borehole due to the constant pumping of water.
