My friend was chatting on whatsapp with someone, the person told him he will hack his simcard, transfer his airtime and deactivate his WhatsApp. Then my friend received this message that his line has been linked to this number on the image. The guy now has already deducted my friend's airtime, we don't know what the guy will do next. How can we unlink the guy's number before he do worst.

What is more crazy is, the guy did not even send a single otp or something he just did it.

I am not sure if the guy can get access to his bank accounts, because it is his main line.

Your sim is not hacked oga, sim was linked... your friend gave out otp

I think this was done using the network provider's app.

Barring the otp, I know you can do this from Glo mobile app, the GloCafe app.

Everything go end within 24hrs unless he decides to clone it again and he can’t do that without having an insider in MTN office so na inside work

It is simple thing but I am not here to disclose the logic behind this. Next time, get time second level security-related to your simcard or social media accounts. Guys are not smiling these days, 17years old hacker hacked into one government agency recently and nothing was done thereafter.

Your frnd foolishly and probably unknowingly sent the hacker a OTP.
Its possible to link two numbers. Its what i did with my wifi number and my main number

ur number was simply linked to MTN APP,maybe without ur knowledge
