Maybe it’s you Fixed Deposit Certificate that caused it.

Regardless, request for GCMS note to know the exact reason before you retire.

It will surely come to past.
Sorry bro… You will get there. So close.

Self sponsored application.

I am not satisfied you would leave Canada at the end of your study permit.

I submitted a fixed deposit certificate in my name of over CAD15,000. I explained in my SOP that this is where my living expenses would come from.

My personal bank statements with a closing balance of N1.5million after paying my school fees.

Employment letter

Study leave approval

Payment of my complete tuition and 6months health insurance (basically I don’t owe the school tillage end of my program)

Should I just buy GIC to re apply ? Maybe also add landed documents ?

Good afternoon all.

1. Is it advisable to book one way ticket flight to Canada as finances is tight for now or two way ticket, does it have any implications ?

2. Can one apply for PTA with a one way ticket when traveling ?

3. Which airlines is advisable to fly with to Canada that is good and the ticket price is moderate?

4. What is the best way to book flights? Through agent, website or app ?

Thanks

Hello Anon

A BAN is liken to a refusal, we can liken it to a great-grandfather of a refusal..

So any school should refund the tuition fees back with the exception of an Administrative fee.. The refund policy of most schools is that the only reason for a refund is when an applicant is refused visa i.e. when an applicant's study permit application isn't approved...

So a BAN is a senior refusal, so the applicant should be refunded in any school, not just Algonquin..

Peace

Not true. Some schools won't refund once its a ban as its seen as illegal attempt to deceive or manipulate your application. An example of such school is UCW and its clearly written on their refund policy. You can't compare a ban and a refusal. A ban is issued on the ground of deceit, while a refusal is no offense committed, one can always reapply

1. Yes you can, choice is entirely yours
2. No
3. It depends on your budget and how long time you can seat in the plane. Ethopia airline has fair deals but flight duration is long. If you're traveling April/May, check for Klm,Air France. Fares are really cheap this period
4. Your choice. Though you can use Wakanow, travel-start or head to the airline's office and do direct booking

Please GuRus help me

Aside that what did they write ?
Did they say based on personal /financial assets or what what was the full generic refusal Recieved
