Where you refused based on finance? What was the generic reason(s).
Gilb231:
Breakfast served this morning

Self sponsored application.

I am not satisfied you would leave Canada at the end of your study permit.

I submitted a fixed deposit certificate in my name of over CAD15,000. I explained in my SOP that this is where my living expenses would come from.

My personal bank statements with a closing balance of N1.5million after paying my school fees.

Employment letter

Study leave approval

Payment of my complete tuition and 6months health insurance (basically I don’t owe the school tillage end of my program)

Should I just buy GIC to re apply ? Maybe also add landed documents ?

Please GuRus help me

Easy, if you have submitted your application, the best way to submit the remaining will be via Webform. Raise a webform containing other documents. Write a LOE stating reasons why you missed other documents. Be realistic with your reasons. Don't say its because you don't know how to use the new portal.

When did you apply, maybe you should send an email to them to enquire about the status of your application

I also applied to university of New Brunswick for MA economics. I haven’t heard from them. What course did you apply to

for those asking about airlines with moderate price check United airlines. Its a usa airline. Stop at Washington then to your province in canada.

I advice u check airfares on www.wakanow.com. they offer some of the best prices
Is there no transit visa for that airline because of the layover ?

Exactly my thoughts

Wawu.

So fast.
Congrats… May the land favor you.

@Makano, Truly the New Portal is faster than usual GCKEY. The GCkey is still perfect for me but new portal is relatively fast. No doubt.

Try to merge as many ad possible together, each file you upload has a size limit of 2mb, but you can upload more than one document. I don't know about 25 documents sha. So merge as much as possible.

Applicant - Study Permit
Spouse - Visit
Daughter 3yrs old - Visit

Wow. This is super fast.
Indeed, there's nothing as good as being intentional and doing this by one's self. Above all, it is GOD'S FAVOUR and it will speak for everyone that believes.
If i may ask, what type of visa did you apply for your spouse and daughter?

Attention Gurus in the house....
Please where can I upload other supporting documents at the new portal. I could only see 4 portion of attachments. Letter of acceptance, payment of tuition receipt, proof of fund and other document. I can't find where to attach other supporting documents. Pls enlighten me.

I will advise you to upload as many documents as possible. I suggest you group all relating documents on each section and compress them to the approved 2mb. For instance, under the Letter of Acceptance section, put the LOA alongside other documents such as Tuition receipts, academic documents and transcripts, IELTS results, etc
This is what I did
