As a young lawyer in Lagos , calling a tenant to pay his rent is usually a hard nut for me to crack, I always put myself in their shoes, again country hard!...I've been calm and polite in my conversation with them but still some tenants no get joy!.
.how should I go about it my people?

No need to call. Just draft a quick notice and paste it on their doors. It'll save you the stress

Also let them know the time left for them till eviction
