If you have a generator especially those I pass my neighbour, turn it on inside your room and lock all doors and windows. Alternatively you can turn it on outside to reduce noise disturbance though I doubt that would bother someone that wanna kill himself. Anyways focus the smoke to your room, after a while you would start feeling sleepy and boom you are dead!
