The one I posted, are Igbos not the main culprits? The fact is Igbos are criminally minded and they are encouraging criminality. Money rituals they introduced and encourage has become a disease in the SW, they have also try introducing baby factory business in the SW, thank God the security agencies both in Lagos and Ogun state moved swiftly into action to curb it, I just pray they have not influenced some criminals and evil doers amongst us with that act.
