The truth is that the question you ask is genuine...but know that God is a righteous God...and like earthly judges who only pass judgements based on the arguments of the lawyers or advocates and not sentiments. This is why Christians acknowledge The Lord Jesus Christ as advocate and the devil as the "accuser of the brethren"/prosecutor... Now the one time God intervened fully...He destroyed all flesh with the flood of Noah because "all the ways of man had been corrupt and He had brought violence/corruption into creation"...Hence no one was good enough to be spared or wanted to be spared because Noah actually preached to them. Now, because of the utter destruction...God vowed never to destroy all flesh again, especially by flood...in other words "interfere fully" again... However, this creates a vacuum for the accuser that was created by the sin of Adam...because all descendants of Adam...are of a corruptible spirit and heart...hence they are easily possessed and influenced by unclean spirits/demons. This is the reason why God chose one lineage and family to be holy before him and not act the way other humans do...the lineage of Abraham... especially through Isaac...and then God gave them the Law and the Commandments...you will agree with me that if the law was applicable to all and adhered by all...there won't be war at all or fighting or sin or corruption. But the law is external and difficult to follow especially to Humans who have eyes (which the Lord Jesus Christ described as the window of the heart)...as long as we see...our minds are susceptible to think rationally or irrationally...attraction to sex/money/power...even the forbidden fruit was eaten by eve because "it looked pleasing to the eyes"....so the law was declared imperfect...even to the descendants of Isaac. So the solution...though premeditated had to come later...is that the heart that eyes controls has to be re-born or born-again...and receive a new encoding...or new functionality...that cannot be achieved by human efforts...the encoding is the HOLY SPIRIT/THE SPIRIT OF GOD HIMSELF that is incapable of committing sin or looking at sin...which gives credence to the quote "not by power not by might but my Spirit....says the Lord"...but just before the flood of Noah, God had said His SPIRIT would not contend with corrupt spirit of man again...so He took it back from man through the flood of Noah...and because God is not Human to renege or take back His words...He won't throw it back of dash it back to man...since Adam "simped" (according to the term I learnt here on NL) by eating the fruit given Him from Eve. So God had to find a Man who wouldn't simp to give His SPIRIT to, who also hadn't existed before....by so, He sent His Word...which became flesh and eventually physical son...Jesus Christ into the world...after the ressurection of the Lord Jesus Christ...God gave him the Holy Spirit fully and better than the version given to Adam... according to the book of Acts 2:38... So to have the Holy Spirit, you have to give the human/corruption susceptible life to Jesus Christ who then gives the Holy Spirit in exchange...This is the true meaning of being born again. Now Having this Holy Spirit of God, brings the bearer under the automatic protection of God...as the scriptures say "As many that are led by the Spirit...These are the Sons of God"...this is one reason...the enemy who knows this, makes the accepting of the Lord Jesus Christ seem boring and daunting to those who can't accept...because it brings them under God's protection...The supposedly innocent are innocent of the laws of countries and their constitutions...but not innocent of the law of the spiritual (sin of Adam) that's greater in magnitude...God Himself would destroy all (except those taking off at the Rapture) God in His righteous judgement can only protect those under his control and swear allegiance to Him...the way Donetsk and the other state drift to Putin...because the accuser will question God's legitimacy to protect those who are not under his control. Same way NATO can't just take up arms in support of Ukraine right now. And if you will agree that most regions of the west...and I call them regions for a reason...have done away with religion....speak less of God...speak less of the Holy Spirit through the Lord Jesus Christ. Now you may ask that countries like China and some other developed countries don't take religion like Africans yet they are developed...well the answer is that their developing stage was driven strictly on religion...that's why the Roman Catholic Church that is almost 2000 years old had most of the world's scientists and inventors as members overtime...and the Chinese had always worshipped Buddha or some Dragon or deity, Egypt the cradle of civilization also worshipped deities in the earlier times....but of course when you get comfortable...it's easy to do away with a world/realm that's not visible to the eyes. Finally God is displeased with the evil going on in the world....He wants to protect people directly but that can only be done when they accept his only saving channel and that's through the Lord Jesus Christ...and that my friend is impossible...However...just as He did in the time of Noah...He would do again...but now he won't just be saving Noah and His nuclear family in ark....He would be Saving those who have the Holy Spirit...and that's what rapture is all about...when the Holy Spirit would be pulled out of creation for good...with all those who are in Him. The wicked aren't enjoying...as said earlier if the wicked prospers...the eyes of the undecided get attracted and affixed to their so called enjoyment...hence the need to come to God through the Lord Jesus Christ is deemed unnecessary...and so the accuser seems to be winning....and this is why rituals and internet fraud is attractive...because of what the eyes sees...just like we all neutrally like what we see on tv or Instagram adverts. Because God has given man will power and the ability to make choices, God doesn't interfere in ALL the affairs of men. Man sometimes causes what happens to him and to other men. Man has the will to choose how he wants things to happen to him or to end with him. And God doesn't see things the way humans perceive. We see in part, but HE sees the whole, the beginning from the end. And HE allows it all for a reason. The best you can do for yourself is to try to understand God's purpose for your life and for mankind, and Why HE chose those.... And then you align accordingly with HIS will. Things will then slowly start to make sense. By the way, tribulations forge you for the better, every moment of suffering holds the potential for greatness. |
