When Yusuf was killed in 2009, Boko Haram wasn't a terror group.

During the Arab Spring, when Obama invaded and destroyed Libya, and armed militant groups to cause mayhem, stockpiled arms from Benghazi and US arms moved down south into Northern Nigeria.

This was late 2010 to 2011. That was when Boko Haram became a notable terror group.

There are thousands of articles and thinkpieces detailing how that action of Obama militarized West Africa, and gave rise to ISWAP (and armed Boko Haram). I have posted some over the months and a few today here, but LordReed from Nairaland is hell-bent of rewriting history to suit his skewed narrative.

So bad, even Nobel regretted awarding Obama the Peace Prize.

The worst reaction was Obama last night. Predictably, last night, Obama, the man who led the invasion and destruction of economic powerhouse and successful country, Libya, tweeted to advice world powers and ask Russia to act with "decency, respect, and international laws".

Obama invaded and ruined Libya even after Russia, China and neutral countries begged him not to, but he's lecturing others. It's like Babaginda tweeting about free and fair elections, and coups. The height of hypocrisy!

Anytime you read of Boko Haram and ISWAP killings, just know Obama and Hillary Clinton, via arming Libyan militants, caused us this pain. Goodluck and Buhari only mismanaged the fallout, but both were never the cause.

Accûrsed newt! Boko Haram was a radical group from the 90's, but it wasn't a terror group. When it got sophisticated arms and weapons which Obama unwittingly gifted it indirectly via arming militants during the Arab Spring (from 2010), it became a terror group.

Here's Reuters reporting in 2012 how militant groups in West Africa were having access to Libyan weapons (including the ones Obama was gifting to rebels) for regime change.
