The problem is that Nigerians and Ukrainians need different clearance. Ukrainians already have 3 months visa free access to the EU/Shengen, so it was not hard to let them in. Yet I heard most of the Ukrainians were being stamped in for two weeks initially. The border guards did not initially know what to do to non-EU. But yesterday morning, higher powers told them to stamp non-EU in for 3 months. A lot of Nigerians went in yesterday. They were given freedom to go anywhere in the Schengen region. Some are already with friends in Germany, etc
