You can’t edit passport number. Just go with the two and explain to the guys

Good morning everyone

Experts in the house, after hustling for interview waiver and gotten one, i realised my passport number in the application form was my old passport number as i have a new passport. I had applied for visa since last year then cancelled my appointment when the option of interview waiver came up. Carried away with getting a date that i forgot to edit my profile.

My question is this: Do i have the opportunity to adjust this when i fill a new DS 160 form with my new passport number and all. Even my receipt for visa fee still has the old passport number- "sigh".

Hello every one! I have a question as regards my B2 visa interview coming up at the beginning of May in Munich... I am studying BSC in engineering (now in my 5th semester) at a German university.. Also, I am married to a German and we plan on visiting the US during my semester holiday for 14days max.. My question is since she qualifies for the visa waiver program, how can she attend the interview with me without an appointment? If I go alone, what are my chances of getting the visa?..

Since she's not the one being interviewed, she definitely won't be given access to the embassy? And you are aware she has no appointment.
Save yourself all these permutations and prep your mental state for your interview. You were to state this info of a travel companion in your DS-160.

Hello, first of all thanks to those who posted the availability of IW dates on this forum. Secondly though, I went to try and book an appointment and I kept getting a message saying an error occurred when scheduling and I should try again. Eventually I got blocked from viewing the appointments date page for today (until tomorrow).

I am not too concerned about that because I'm eligible for the waiver until May, but I'd like to know if anyone has had a similar experience with booking appointments. I'm concerned that there may be incorrectly entered info somewhere that's preventing me from scheduling an appointment.

No, the IW is not a scam. If you had a US born, and you've not been issued a visa since the birth of your child, then that may be the reason for the invite for physical interview. They would want to know how you financed the medical bills. So take all receipts with you.
