Yeah, Nigerian soldiers are too too aggressive and do abuse human rights., but there have been numerous cases of people impersonating soldiers to carry out criminal acts, including armed robbery.

And then it would be reported that 'Soldiers lnvolved In Disgraceful Criminal Acts'....and no one would wait for clarification.

Hence their suspicion of people in camo.
