Yankiss:Any Local Government Chairman wey gree nah mumu and won't last long on the seat. If the bill is pass into law, a LG chairman can't be removed by the Governor, and won't even have access to the LG funds. |

So this bill will make the Accountant-General of the Federation disburse money to the tiers of Govt and manage the Federation Account whilst the Accountant-General of the Federal Government becomes the Chief Accounting Officer of the FG. |
