I think there is an iron pillar as it meets the lintel, then they used the blocks to cover pending plastering. But you could be correct anyway, suggesting that the builders are the brick layers residing in the village

I will give u my analysis based on second grade Cameron zincs, using that type of Cameron zinc for this building will consume atleast 3 and a half bundle, one bundle of second grade zinc relatively goes for 150k in my location that is 150k*3:N525k(zinc), then ridge caps cost atleast 1,200 each and u will need atleast 10:12,000 then moving on to zinc gutters u would need atleast 7 zinc gutters which costs 1500 for each: 10,500 ....in total 547,500 but keep a projection of atleast 580k I've tried.Wishing u a successful completion

500k is way excessive considering that the framing is 90% complete. One bundle Cameron zinc comes with longer sheets and more quantities. 2 and half bundles of Cameron zinc should cover the whole thing. Accessories of course would cost more than 8k. OP should just budget 50k for nails and accessories. Workmanship should be less than 50, just negotiate well. I paid 60k to do mine of similar size, including the skeleton.
