How can it not invovle crime when GTB is accusing you of fraud. Let the full arm of the law play it role and stop shifting goal post.

For anyone who frequent Court rooms, you we know that most Nigeria banks are just unnecessary risking shareholders funds. Most Court cases against banks are usually taking with levity and nor given due attention. While most Law firm usually send in their green union Barrister to handle such since there is always lack of supervision/seriousness from the banks.

Having said that, any judgement obtain by false information can't stand once there Court is aware of further evidence that it was mislead by false information/ document.

Yes. There are over 6 Automobile plants in my region. Besides, INNOSON no dey manufacturer anything. All he does is to import substandard Chinese made Motors and add his INNOSON badge on it.
