Select refundable with pay at hotel option. You still need to put in your debit card information but they will not charge you. You will pay at the hotel when you get there. Be mindful of the cancelation window and Remember to cancel if plan changes.

It is clearly now that France don't recognize first timer tourist traveler at this time , but why they open for first timer tourist visa is to extort innocent people that don't have travel experience to Schengen country,UK and US this is stupid idea.

Please all the first timer traveler should stay away from tourist visa for now instead apply for a business first timer traveler.

Please guru after my searching through online I came through some conference provider and I do some testing running email to attend the conference as a listener and this is what I got back from them how to register and make payment .

If the conference is 100% legit i think we can use them in the future
