Moscow announces temporary truce to allow civilians of Mariupol and Volnovakha to evacuate.Russian forces declare a ceasefire to allow humanitarian corridors out of the Ukrainian cities of Mariupol and Volnovakha. A top official in Mariupol says the ceasefire there is to last until 4pm (14:00 GMT).

Read the news, it's not an entire Ukrainian cease fire but for two towns. It is to open a humanitarian corridor for civilians to get safe passage.

Putin is after Ukrainian government and military not after her citizens.
