P.S We just relocated here and yet to know our way around like that also I read here that eating pineapple is not okay but please can I take apples, like steadily coz I like it. 11 weeks is not too early if you don't have the mind of waiting (I started at 16) and especially if there has been previous pregnancy loss(es). If you go to a general hospital, they might turn you back to come back when you are 4 months gone.

Mamas in ilorin will do justice to hospital reviews.

About apples, I took them well enough in my early stage just that it gave me heartburn but Please stay away from pineapples (though some say they eat from the beginning to the end) and flavoured zobo drinks as it is better to be safe than sorry

The list was too much I couldn’t type them all so I attached the receipts.
Then I bought some other things not on the receipts;

Neatly used clothes (shawls, cardigans, outing clothes, overalls, onesies, socks). 45k

Bed that can be strolled within the house (I actually got it at give away price from a woman that her husband double beds). 10k

Pampers (bought small and will buy more according to baby’s need when he comes) 2,500

Diaper bag (someone advised to buy okrika and it is actually good) 3k

Delivery pack (all these gloves, injection and all mandated by my hospital) 7,500

And other petty things that I can’t remember for now.

And I haven’t bought;
Cloth hanger
Flask
Detergent
Wipes
Car seat
Breast pump and other petty things.

Yes it depends on the usage. I have been using mine for yearsssssssssss now and it's set,comes with bath ,potty etc. Not this type of multicolored ones. One colour for the set. But on a second thought,I think all this new model ones doesn't last like that

Drink lots of fluids. Don't massage the legs, avoid standing for too long, and make sure your shoes are super comfortable.

The more fluid you drink, the more you pass out fluids too which helps reduce the swellings.

not true... I use plastic baby drawer 4 my first (not dis design anyway) n d tin still stand gidigba till today... Thou we aint usin it anym cs we moved his tinz into adult wardrope.

Father lord!!! The rate at which my appetite is increasing ehn... I am afraid ooo... N i keep eating d same food over n over. As u all knw, we dnt really ve much varieties of food to eat during pregnancy, sm foods r off limits .
Apart frm rice, beans, yam, eba, amala n fufu watelse can 1 eat biko?! I am tired of all dis food .

Thank you so much ma, I think it's still early jare especially since my morning sickness is subsiding already, I think I will wait a little more.

They should oooo, I can't be the only one from Ilorin here ooo lolzz.

I think I should kuku stay completely away from both the pineapple and zobo jare as I no kukuma like them like that and no cravings whatsoever for them.

lol... U tried... But if we look am, they r still d same food but prepared in different ways... Lik d pap is made wit corn, u gt d same nutrient wen u eat cornflakes, wen u eat beans, u gt d same protein wen u mk moimoi or akara, rice... U gt d same carbohydrate wen u mk fried rice n jollof etc ＼（〇_ｏ）／... We no gt food walahi!!!

I don't think you will be eating fried rice or your regular foods for a while ma

Just try to take what your body can tolerate.

Nah first trimester package, it may look far but you will soon be done.

That's how I came to rant here too during my first trimester.

Eat in bits, some women can only tolerate cold water or warm water, you can try that in case you can't drink your water.

At a point in my first trimester, I could only take cold malt, later it was small white rice and very tiny stew, later it was lipton and little milk. Later I was given intravenous fluids in the hospital when food and liquids deserted me. I lost weight like kilode

Try to guard yourself from strong odours, to reduce nausea.

You can also try to see a doctor though they may say it's too early to register for antenatal.

Concerning cypri gold, it's a category B drug for Pregnancy, meaning that it is relatively safe during pregnancy but I think you may want to try Real night aid tablet. It helps with nausea and also improves sleep and it is safe in pregnancy.

Vitamin b6 and ginger too have good reviews but they didn't really work for me.

Just try to be careful with drugs generally.

For private hospitals in ilorin, try maxi health in adewole, olaolu hospital opposite Stella Obasanjo center along offa garage road, olanrewaju hospital in sabo oke, kiddies hospital in Olorunsogo along mandate road,some people say Balogun hospital is good.

For government hospitals, UITH(Unilorin teaching hospital in okeoyi), state general hospital along sawmill garage then cottage hospital after kiddies hospital.

BA #team March....baby arrived yesterday. Birth weight 3.2 kg .. I opted for Cs at almost close to being fully dilated.... I dunno what it was but I kept shouting C's...mum and mum in law are still mad at me for it . In fact I started feeling bad about it especially with the harder recovery process . Full bs to come later. Baby swallowed meconium and didn't cry after he came out till doctor removed it Asides the guilt im feeling for opting for Cs when there was no need for it, we r fine
