Two, our law doesn't allow cross competing or carpet crossing unless the party on whose platform you got into office has broken up.
All that our politicians have been doing all this while is due to the lawlessness of the rogues in charge of power.

Just like what it is, as soon as INEC gets the CTC, they'll issue a certificate of return to the name submitted by PDP.

If or when the appeal court nullifies the judgement, INEC can always revert.

So the issue of waiting for Appeal court or supreme court decision doesn't hold here.

It wouldn't get close to that point. Read Caseless comment. It is a no brainer.

The judgement is what it is- a mere pronouncement. Its only utility I see is it making it alot more difficult for incumbents to change parties at will.

INEC upon receipt of the CTC is expecteyy kd to comply with the judgement. But I thybsnink that if Umahi goes to appeal, INEC may choose to delay in the execution of the order.

Hopefully anyway, Umahi gets removed for his arrogance when he defected to APC.

Umahi is being hailed as one of the best performing governors in Nigeria, but he should be kicked out of office because he isn't in pdp.

Dave Umahi brought all these upon himself, I am so sure he did not sleep well last night. In fact he had no reason to move to the APC, his chances where even brighter in PDP as regards his presidential ambition than in APC

In general election you vote individual, what is the need for joining political parties then? You can just declare your intention on the radio OT TV and on the day of election, your name will appear on the ballot box.
