Sorry about that.
That's why I stated I don't know about Qlife.
IOM is 90% UK application. Canada applicant na special candidate to them.

So try your luck, I did mine and got it through with upfront.
The person in mention has Medical request which is almost closing on his/her timeline. So they will surely consider him/her. Just explain deeply.

Regards.
Chiziteremary:
i went to Qlife all the way from the south-east but they refused my medical before the date. My medical date was booked for 12th January at that time but i was in lagos 2nd week of December for biometrics so i decided to try my luck. I beg tire, they no gree. U can imagine the pain of coming back to the South East and going back again the next month for something i think they could have easily given me a concession for. Well my advice is unless u have a medical request from IRCC and you are unable to get date within 30days dont bother going to qlife. I dont know of IOM anyway. Just wait for the date u booked your appointment.

I hope this helps someone so u dont waste ur time and t-fare

A gift deed is a declaration either legal or otherwise by your sponsor confirming transfer of any entity (most money) to you and also confirming that the applicant is not liable to pay back such amount at anytime.

Therefore we use gift deed as proof of lump sum(perceived as a red flag by visa officers) which may appear on your bank statement.

People need to calm down with this what are my chances. Nobody here can authoritatively tell you your chances are slim or high. Take your time and study the thread and apply the relevant information you get here to your application as it applies to you.

You have secured your admission in a courses related to your work experience. Using a company account to sponsor yourself might be a red flag cos the business will be affected considering how expensive the canadian education is.
Also, business operations and staff salaries will also be affected

Why not make use of your own savings account.

Hello Everyone,

There is an issue that is seriously bothering me right now And I would really appreciate your advice on what to do. I got to know that I couldn't use the same Study Permit application approval I got via Nova Scotia Community College LOA to go and Study at Fanshawe College some weeks ago after I have already paid C$10000 deposit to Fanshawe College.
Now, I have gotten another offer from Nova Scotia to another program, I am at the verge of forgoing the earlier issued Student Visa and start afresh to submit another Study Permit Application using LOA from Fanshawe College or accept the new offer from Nova Scotia Community College and start the chance of losing my initial deposit to Fanshawe College due to their stringent Refund Policy.

The Pros/Experts please how can I navigate this turbulent water?

Since you have both admission travel with Nova Scotia Community College LOA and after you arrive in Canada change to Fanshawe College

F
you don’t need to be scared my own take since the company wants to sponsor him
It’s not just about writing a letter of sponsorship.

If you feel you want them to know the sponsorship doesn’t affect the company they can go ahead and pay his fees if not all part of it and probably send the living expenses to his account that way shows commitment that they are serious in sponsoring
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 21 by Abby212: 5:37pm On Mar 09, 2022
Ok thanks but E never enter well o. The company hasn't paid anything into his account and I am not seeing the possibility. Is this a red flag?

Hello Wiziggy

This is straight forward..

If the reason for your refund is based on a refused study permit visa, you will get a refund but with 125CAD administrative fee deducted..

If your reason for a refund is not related to refused study permit visa, then 2500CAD will be deducted (I wanna assume this is when you pay a semester or full school fees).. Reasons like withdrawing from the school to go study in another school and any other reason outside of a refused Visa.

Peace
WiZiggy:
Good morning all, Please this is my refund policy, which of the figures (amount) is likely to be deducted in a case of visa denial? 125 or 2500? @makano @frankrobnn @ketima @teemenzo @technix @justmellow @Anon123. Please I need everyone's input. Thank you

Nairobi nairobi. How did they arrange their queue because it cannot be by date grin
And to answer your question, eligibility may have started but not update on your portal, everything may be updated on the same day as decision. I've seen some timelines like that, or it starts and a week later decision, or like me it starts and months later still no decision.

Hello ItsRay

Not all MPs are nice enough to attend to Peeps outside of their constituency, and this MP is one of them..

Its obvious he only gives attention to residents of Ontario, reason he is asking you of all these Canadian details..

Message more Mps in Ontario, the province of Ontario has more MPs than any other province in Canada. So you have many more MPs to send a message to, there are some that attend to peeps that are not even in Canada yet, but are prospective resident of their province..

So keep pushing until you come in contact with a favorable MP..

Peace
ItzRay:
Good evening house,

I sent some M.P's in Ontario email and 3 of them replied requesting for the same thing from me; address, phone number, postal code and a valid government I.D for them to make inquiry about my application to IRCC on my behalf.
What i'm confused about is if the details they're asking for are Canadian details or my Nigerian details cos i'm still in Nigeria o.
Please help @legaceyedition, anon123, makano, osemigho, teemenzo, Frankrobnn1, ketima and other gurus. cry

Hi, I believe what is needed is the one page MyBankStatement print out that has a ticket number and a password as well as your name and destination embassy. That gives access to the embassy to check your statement and reduce bulky SOA.

If one use my bank statement as SOA, will the code give the VO to check your account regardless of the months you want to present?
