We have some of these except for the most advanced ones like Ka-52, apaches, etc which we do not actually need because the potential adversaries in our region are relatively technologically weak compared to us. The only issue is that we do not have enough choppers.

Buhari bought more than 53 aircrafts for our military within 7 years.

Those who adopted Sharia criminal laws in the 12 northern states cultivated Boko Haram. Political restructuring would have ended Boko Haram, because the sharia states will practice their type of Islam without constitutional interference.

Nigeria Armed forces fighting Separatists in the south is a fatigue not worth it, because if Nigeria is not politically restructured before long, the country must disintegrate.

Sadly, the trade in military hardware has very little to do with whether you have the money to purchase them. The trade is governed by a lot of international conventions. There are so many other factors to consider beyond having the money.
