NO... It's not about the cash or corruption. Powerful countries who make these would never sell to another which is far less than theirs. It's like giving your enemies your inventions. Try and read more but most importantly read between the line. This gives them the edge.

We can't acquire these helicopters, these are US made Apache Longbow and Cobra helicopters, the Leahly laws won't allow us get these sophisticated military hardware. You won't believe that countries in the middle East have these military hardware. Countries like Saudi Arabia, UAE and Qatar. These military hardware are very sophisticated and accurate, with the Apache helicopter you can launch attack on bandits from 80 -100 km away.
