This boys working in sun and rain and we chill in ACs. It always break my heart . Nigeria is unfair to us ! The labors in ibadan take 2500 now imagine what 2500 can carter for !

If home owners like you can afford to pay premium for Labour like 7000 -10,000 per day is not bad others can follow same
At the end of the day 3bedroom will cost btw 20-25m to build.
Minimum wages salary earner will also step up there game so that they can be an home owner too

Where will contractor, builders, engr, architect, QS etc get gain now, when home owners also are trying to manage fund to build.

Rotech, I pay more that far back 2017 for one of the electrical Engineer here. It gets my attention when the guys started complaining, this is after his professional fee. This is to show how some of these Engineers are so greedy.

But at times it’s depends on distance .. just few days ago I paid 60k for only transport for my workers to get to site, I rented 2bedrooms flat apartment to lodged the workers just for this project…: sir twinskenny can testified to it …..it’s outside Lagos
So all these will bouncy back to the charges

That is there plan.
The old fuuulll one among them who are not into this act are into kind of excessive smoking of marijuana and the likes.
Few days ago this old men came to do Labour work for me, immediately I left site to check other things they started smoking and slept off, my bricklayer tried there best to make sure they work for their daily charges .. they only carried 80 pcs of blocks and demanded for 3000-3500 …. But I surprised them oo

The price is fair at you end. They sell 10 tons for 130k in Warri. I bought 30 tons for 340k two weeks ago.
