Ok. I was not sure sha....I think there's a rule on if a 5th placed team won the Europa or UCL, the 4th placed team will play a qualification match. Anyway,I'll look up that later

If a team outside the top 4 wins UCL then those top 4 and the UCL winner will all qualify for the next UCL..

If a team outside the top 4 wins Europa and another team also outside the top 4 wins the UCL then the top 3 and Europa and UCL winner will qualify for the next UCL while the team in 4th will go to Europa.

Top 4 in this case means uefa allocated slots for the country.

It's actually CAF not FIFA that will do the inspection..
And to be fair, that pitch was okay until they held their Independence day celebration there...

CAF have given the green light to some of the worst pitch on the continent... Like the Ivory Coast pitch that hosted their game against Cameroon.. Even the Japoma stadium that hosted AFCON had complaints from Algeria ...
