Pele boss... this remind me of a ride like that. Got a trip from Surulere going to Lasuth, rush down. A man came to meet me that he is trying to take his aged mother to hospital, I was curious and kind of try to find out her state. He plead and ask me to understand, my conscience won't let me say no to some offers, so I mellow. She can't walk, they carried her, the cloth she was putting on was soaked with... your guess is as good as mine. She can't even talk, they just have to support her. We got to the hospital no space, they first run a quick test to check if they will admit her, family were going up and down trying to do the test and at the same time register a bed space while she was inside the car. I didnt even bother, the car sit has been messed already, that means, end of the day. When it all said and done, I gently go to car wash and clean the car.

May God help us and those fighting for a better health. Lot of things humble, just live for a purpose, do right and spread love always. From mystery we came, to mystery we shall return.

Post like this is where our dear Pope has his able fist tied to, your piece in issues like these are always literate and intellectual.

A good storey with conclusion there bro.

Guys we are approaching the raining season pls and pls get make sure your car is in good shape.

Check for breaks and tears of your shaft cover if they're bad quickly replace them.

Check for places water can enter your car and fix them.

Ensure your battery is in good shape, and make sure you don't have any naked wires flying just anyhow within your engine bay.

Get new sets of wipers install

Ensure your wiper water tank is in good condition with the lines working perfectly you'll need them for good and clearer view

Make sure your tires are okay and have grids, change all worn out tires as most roads will be slippery.

Don't take trips to areas you're not familiar with, if you must do ensue you have an agreement with the rider to stop if you get to a point of no return. Cancel the ride is the rider refuses, most riders won't pay you if you don't take them to their destination and not all riders are considerate.

Use hazard lights when heavy rain is falling so other road users will ve able to see you ahead of them.

May God bless the works of our hands.
Amen!!

Na wa ooo, got a request yesterday evening from somolu general hospital, only for me to got thr and it was an emergency cool to Gbagada general hospital..before we reach gbagada the lady don die oooooo , cold just dey catch me..chaiiiiii 37 years old woman..I dey dia for more than 2 hours for them to sort things out me wey just dey come out..ino fit vex... but this country na messup shaaaaa so d hospital no get emergency bus abi weting sef

Sorry for the experience it's one of those things...I have had to rush accident victims in my car from Sagam - Ijebu Ode to Lasuth. Like 2 private hospitals on the way rejected them. I knew it will take a miracle for them to make it that long cos there was traffic in Mowe-Ibafo axis that year...I passed one way wherever I could but it was all in vain, unfortunately they were DOA when we arrived Lasuth. It was traumatizing as the thought of how life is so fragile plus the smell of blood lingered in the car for weeks even after it was deep washed, dried and washed again with different cleaning agents. I couldn't continue driving the car cos it reminded me of that incidence, I had to sell it off. It was my first car, and I didn't even enjoy the car sad
I don't pray for that kind of experience even for my enemy.
All these is a reminder; life is a gift, take it easy, keep it simple, love others, enjoy every moment, utilize your gifts and fulfil your purpose.

I was at airport yesterday to drop off a VIP client with a lexus es300 (my friends ooo not mine). Omo as i waka pass the park, see how order tone turn to music. Gbagaun gbagaun. Drivers lined all up at the car park together, gisting and waiting for trip. And my dear, that was why despite surge in lagos, there was no surge at the airport yesterday. Driver pass riders.

Anytime this happen to you. Move away from where you are to where you have less options of drivers.

By the way, dem clamp one driver yesterday again, please guys be careful o

Hey guys, just a short motivation for some1 out there, I remember coming here early last year to find out full details needed to join uber and bolt with my hybrid pruis, (majority said it was risky and all, cos of the cost of maintaining the hybrid), anyway the onus of the post is to encourage everybody out there to have a primary focus on something more long term rewarding aside this hustle. I picked up courses online and everyday I read btw 4am-7am before entering the streets to pick up passengers, by the end of 2021 I did two certifications and started applying online, all these while I was still on e-hailing hustling and VIO showing me pepper.
To cut the long story short I am currently working abroad as a data analyst based on my 1year focus on online courses. Last night a close friend of mine that joined the uber platform thru me also got his first job interview (praying he scales thru) .
In conclusion PLS HAVE A SIDE GOAL AND DO SOMETHING EVERYDAY THAT TAKES YOU CLOSER TO THAT GOAL ( LET THE UBER HUSTLE BE A TRANSIT THING).. have a great week

That's great. Congrats. Driving 247 in Lagos damages ur mental process. You won't be able to think critically.
One lesson I got here: Consistency, take steps towards your future goal daily.
