A 21 year old man identified as Ramadhan Johnson, has been arraigned before Milimani Law Courts in Nairobi, Kenya, for touching a woman’s buttocks.

If he can defend himself that it was not deliberate, or the prosecution can’t prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it was deliberate , then he shouldn’t be convicted.

It's called indecent assault.
