In my area, Ilorin, Kwara State where I stay, we do have at least 12hrs power supply everyday. But these days, we haven't had light up to 30mins for the past two days.

This has been happening for two weeks now. It has affected me badly. How's power supply in your area? What is this government doing about it?

This is frustrating to say the least.

Monday and Tuesday,it was as if NEPA was celebrating something or the other, they almost killed us with light here in a part of Delta State. But since God made this day,we have not seen a blink

My neighbour has been running his so-called generator (more like pepper grinding machine) for at least 18 hours in the past two days. Noise levels especially at night has become unbearable

Couldn't go to work today....no water to bath or light to iron...I might get sanctioned but....since FEBRUARY...this week has been worse...no light since Saturday in my area here in Lagos

The power situation in Nigeria has proved that the presidents Nigeria has produced since 1999 are all incompetent and nothing to write home about. Energy is a very global factor in any society in the world.

The world even knows this reason they sanctioned RUSSIA through it's energy sources.

As it's stated, ELECTRICITY IS THE ENGINE DRIVE OF INDUSTRIALIZATION...


NO HUMAN in Nigeria can revive Nigeria's economy without 24hrs power supply....
Unemployment can not be solved by any politician with power supply let's stop deceiving ourselves nothing is working in Nigeria..

Any president that would restore power supply in this country would be marked as best president this country had produced ... Nigeria is one of the country with abundant of free natural energy resources yet she can't boast of 7 hrs per week

If I say epileptic it's an insult to that word. What am experiencing is more than that.....If not for generator to charge even phone would be problem.


As am typing now I got just 17percent battery in my phone and still no light since morning. I won't hesitate to leave this country when the time comes. Am tired of Nigeria.

This same thing was what my son said few days back..but his own was from 24% to about 32% and we didn't see light again for like 3 days.

Every body wey dey use generator dey do shakara for my area don humble.

No fuel for gen, even all the I pass my neighbors don go on sabbatical leave

Honestly speaking!!! It's so annoying.

No light since three days now in osun. If God go shame ibedc mk them carry ladder come cut cable. Light wey we been dey enjoy steady for osun since God knows when has now become epileptic. No stable power since January. Before we are not affected by d power grid collapses but now I think na on top our transformers name hin d national power grid dey..cos na everyday e dey collapse

So far we have been having 24/7 light in my area. Everything is looking good.

Hi Comrades.

If you guys are tired of the power situation, you won't care about the national GREED (or whatever they call it). By now ehn, everyone of una suppose don get small solar to keep the lights on and charge small electronics such as TVs, smartphones, laptops, standing fans etc. That's what I'm doing now and I don't give a hoot if the grid comes online or offline. In fact, to hell with discos and gencos.

No electricity since yesterday. Lagos precisely.

We de get 22-23hrs light before, later we de get from 10pm till morning, later from 1am till 7am now we no even see light for the past 2 days....
