Hi guys, please I need your help. So, through a former teacher colleague of mine, I got access to a landlady who was offering a room self contain @ Ado, after Ajah for #210.
When I went to check it out, one apartment was complete except for the aluminium window which was in the room but yet to be fixed.
I paid her #150 with the agreement to pay up the balance in 2-3 installments. I already told her of the urgency of the need to move quickly, but it's been two weeks now, and she keeps giving me stories. She just came back from a three day church program which made her incommunicable, the carpenter just bought wood,he went to complete a decking Job somewhere.... I stay at Agege, I have called her taya. She promised it will be ready by this Saturday, but I doubt it. Don't know what to do right now, any tips?

did u collect receipt for the 150k paid? Secondly, did she give u a time frame for the completion?
