joelsteron:I have no doubt Eguavoen will integrate a lot of players if we qualify, it’s left for the players to make good use of their opportunities. Once you fumble, you’re gone. The coaches done have the luxury of time with few months to the World Cup and few international breaks within. |

TheGoodJoe:GoodJoe doesn't it seem like the coach is talking down on the current midfielders he has by fantasizing about retired midfielders, like Aribo, Ndidi, Onyeka and co? I mean imagine a wife or husband saying he wished his/her spouse is acting in some ways like their ex? It could be demoralizing to the current actors/pretenders that the current coach doesn't really believe in them or see them as good enough. Just saying. |

smart guy by the way, do you know the last time Nigeria won against Ghana was in 2003, and it was in one yeye match like that. ![]() I like the fact that Nigerians are boasting upanddown. I wonder how they will feel after Ghana had beaten them both in Kumasi and Abuja ![]() Blueelf: |

komekn:This guy is on meth.. You can't convince me otherwise... Porto and Fulham on the same level?? The best thing to ever happen to Fulham in many years was them reaching that UEFA cup final... Porto have been European champions! They are the best team in the Portuguese league that's ranked #6 in Europe.. How can they be on the same level with Fulham?? Aside Liverpool, City and Chelsea, none of the remaining prenier league teams currently can comfortably beat Porto... This is meth at work abeg... |

AndSunGorilla: I do not see it that way. The coach is looking for a particular quality to play a particular formation. That is his job to get the best selection and the best formula to get the most from the selection. |

I do not think Eguavoen is displeased with Aribo. It has to do with pattern of play. He is looking for a particular quality but with the formation he is playing, I think he is satisfied with the contribution of Aribo. However, he will keep working on improving the team. |

you are not even ashamed that a country of 300 million people cannot beat a country of just 30 million people in football? ![]() I am sending an emergency petition to FIFA that countries should play with number of players based on national population. how can a country of 300 million people play a country with 30 million, with the same number of players. Nigeria's team should be reduced to only 5 players, to face Ghana's 11 players ![]() ABIODUN105: |

TheGoodJoe:Ok o, osondi owendi. I strongly believe that the job a national team coach to maximize the strengths of his available players. I won't lie, I am beginning to feel nervous with Egu right now. If any driver keeps looking at the rear mirror, he is bound to crash. |

chrisooblog:English Football is generally overrated.... That's why the premier league is one of the few leagues in the world that's easily dominated by foreign players.. The best teams have mostly foreign players and managers... Komekn is just exhibiting the typical delusion induced arrogance of the average English fans and media when it comes to hyping their football... Nothing more .. |
