But what i dont understand is that Americans seems to like travelling to Mexico for vacations and most Americans favourite food us Mexicans and Italian foods. So why do they like to travel down there if its not truly safe as we are made to beleive

we are talking about drug cartels with well equiped weapons. Columbia yes might be the biggest suppliers of drug mostly controlled by the FARC...but in Mexico several drug cartels with well equiped foot soldiers
