I have explained that to d nitigriti before, anybody that doesn't understand and still wants to claim Bolts commission is 25% is fine. But fact is Bolt Commission is 20% of the fare the extra 5% is Booking fee and VAT which is not part of the fare, drivers are just d collectors.

Mr. Man will you just stop at once! Stop it pls.

Why can't bolt collect the money directly from their riders why use driver's to collect it in disguise of 20% where as they're actually collecting more than 25%

Yes Bolt commission is 20% but the driver's earning is 25% or more deducted so how much do you want driver's to say they re being charged?

Meaning the entire 5% driver's don't have a share of that money but he actually worked for it. Yet a driver will wait 1hr and they'll still collect 20% from wait time, collect 20% from toll gate abd parking fee... But the entire 5% belongs to them alone. Isn't bolt a thief??

Actual fare: 5250
Commision(20%): 1050
5%: N263
Total fare collected by driver: 5,250
Bolt collected: N1,050+263= 1313 instead of N1,102.5k
When driver's take home should have been N4247.5k,
i.e. driver has been short pay by Bolt with over N200

N200 in 100 of same trip trips is about 20k+

Can you see the thief/trick these Asian countries are playing on us and your friend Godfather10 is coming here to sing their praises. Very soon they'll start collecting toll gate fee again whereas the infrastructure they claim to have brought was just a mirage yet the old fufu is already campaigning for their godfather.

I'm happy ooh because he has finally returned back home with investment na now him go know watin dru and other investors are going through

Make all of una continue

Naaaa...let's not add other expenses as everyother person feeds and buys airtime too on a daily basis.
The main expenses on the job are commission payment and fuel. U can fast and another person will decide to eat 5k food a day so we can't be deducting feeding when determining Net pay.

An office worker don't need data to carry out his work if they need the company covers that expenses for them.

My company used to give me data then monthly with a 2500 call card and a CUG line to call my colleagues. So data and airtime shouldn't be added to expenses abi?

I use nothing 1.5k on data alone weekly haven't talk about call.

Do actually know what net really means? That you're still in busuness doesn't mean you're making profit ooh. Many of us including you are not making any progress in this business we are just struggling mainly because the country is hard generally we just have to survive despite. If we are truly making profit many of us would have been landlords and house owners here.

Way back during the PDP regime do you know how many taxi drivers built houses in Lagos and Ph? Go ask around... How Many can boost of 1m naira savings now?

Bro let's be honest to ourselves most businesses in Nigeria now are struggling just to keep body and soul alive nothing more.

Lolzz.

What do you expect from someone that increases his fleet of cars every year but still have only 3cars on his fleet since 2016?

One thing I understand about this hustle is that one needs to understand the tricks.
That's why I am always in support of pearl1910 when he's making contributions.
Na fact pearl dey dish out, I no want know whether he's uche or uchain bolt grin
The brothers dey talk fact and every other bosses in the house.
The major benchmark of the hustle (to my own understanding) is that you must be someone who enjoys driving in other to meet up target and make some profit.
See how you managed things here, I love this mehn.
More strength to your right foot, boss. cheesy
But I'm still in need of a car for rental ooh. Lagos chapter. smiley

Pearl1910 is right in some of his submissions but these offer don't come like it used to be. Again saving is becoming difficult these days because of inflation in the country.

The other day I decided to help my wife buy some stuffs in the market and ended up spending about 15k instead of 4.5k she budgeted to me, prices of goods and services have gone tripple in the market now. 3k cooking gas now last for just 2 weeks now instead of the usual 2months b4.

I lost one tire on my way back yesterday, formerly it was 3k/4k for tok but now it 7.5k upwards.

Its not really easy men... The annoying thing all the senators have back tonubu for president next yr you now begging to ask what then can stop this guy? Pdp a party who has respect for the rule of law and still have human sympathy a little is not even ready to take over power from the ruling party... Its just so sad.

I just wonder what will become of Nigeria when this man comes in next year. Iya-loja will be a senator and national iya-loja of Nigeria, Sanwo olu will see his 8yrs in power and will hand over to tonubu's son. His in-laws will all be senators and top Federal government workers... I just pray God intervene because He's the only hope we have for now

It is obvious that the country is f*cked and with the worst economy ever on the continent. Only God can save us in this woeful trench we have brought upon ourselves by allowing Buhari to win in 2015 in the first place.
Tinubu is not the best option for the next regime but it's sad that he's taking the major already.
I just hope and pray we have God's intervention in this country ASAP, I can't even imagine how this could would look like in the next 5 years to come. Jeez!
It is well, boss, God no go shame us.
Much respect.

@Pearl1910 this forth and back is not holdin any water. No one says you can't net 10k every other day, but *Daily* is a capital No! Is that too hard for you to comprehend?

They we be talking towards A, you will be moving towards B.

Well! Help me thank my star, riders just deh dash me money today, by 10 I don off app. 1st girls from Fatai A. To Adiba along same road 2500.

2nd trip, I hardly pick such trip, but as driver full phase 1, I say make I go reposition from inside. That how I pick Agungi 1250. Oga say I will drop her girl at Ikate, I frown face, tell them to just sum it up to 1500. He said no problem. ... I drop the girl finish, I just see person count 10k tell me to hold it. I didn't say thank you, cos I no understand, his confusion is confusing me. We deh gist they go till we got to Agungi, everybody just deh collect, we branch buy food and all. He was just gisting and how he doesn't mind if we just drive around, he will pay. The last Uber guy got 30k from him. In my mind, strength no deh me for that kind waka. Jejely drive him to his gate and he told me, he just came in from Abj, no p, I should add this 1k to that 10k and take part of the food. He will call anytime he need a ride. See as grace and awele follow me waka this morning

Please anyone with an idea of how much I can get self con in Agungi grin

Don't mimd them... Even dru self can't tell me to my face that some shuck of his profit on his oil business is not going into repairs of his ehailing cars some times.

Every business person in Nigeria is struggling to keep their business alive. Only a few are making profit.

How possible is a man with 4kids be able to buy a car worth 2.5m from renting when he has school fees, house rent, clothing, feeding, bills and others things to pay... Yet still able to save 2.5m to buy a car... To me that man is foolish to have drop dru's car and be driving his own where he got the money from.

Even me with less responsibility didn't buy my car from proceed of ehailing... Only a few people will disclose how they did it.

Oga Dru is on break... he just won use us catch cruise

I remember one day I got home and got emotional.
That was some months after luck-down.

1st trip to v.i from surulere.
VI to Ikotun.
LASU road ikotun/Igando to Ikorodu.
Ikorodu to Agege.
Agege to yaba.

I practically touched/drove_through every part of lagos that day, yet I didn't make more than 25k net(after commission only). And I did all the trips online.

That was the day I realized that moving Lagos up and down is not my life's calling.

You don't always have to be on the other side of every debate.

Back when I was in owerri, after my NYSC, 2018.
Any day I drive from owerri to my villa (ORLU), (about 45mins to 1hr journey. Less than 60km).

They always give me 3 to 4hrs free time to rest. Anyone that comes looking for me will be told that I'm sleeping, cos I just came back from a long journey.

Na Im person covered over 400km in a single day for that amount, and you're calling it easy Cash_out?
