No mistake......An appeal doesn't translate to stay of execution, however when a Notice of Appeal has been filed at a higher Court, the lower Court is stripped of jurisdiction to adjudicate on same subject matter.

If the supreme court affirm the judgment of the federal high court when the case get to the Apex court,all those other previous politicians who decamp can either be told to leave or be the last set of politicians to enjoy such previlege and it will be stated in the Judgment.

The Federal high court Judge ment that claim votes are for political party is very correct so taking the party mandate elsewhere is illogical.
