Yes, a company can give you a direct APL when they know it well enough that you can perform well and deliver. After all, most interviews are formalities.

More also, an employee is not in any position to detect to his employer about the terms and conditions of him being employed.

This life no hard oh! A times na we dey mekam hard by our own selves with our own very hands and mouth.

FIRS released 1000+ APLs two years ago without an interview/aptitude test. NCDMB is a government establishment and not private

. CBN releases appointment letters all the time. They just compile names and give out appointment letters. Yeah!!! NCDMB will do it too.

Interview is subjective many times. Best candidates can be chosen without interview. After all, they have asked those who passed the test to upload their documents. Interview is overrated. Many people will just crime ready made answers to many interview questions. Once you graduate from any University, forget, you can handle any role in any company.

An amazed, something that shouldnt be an issue becomes one. It's very simple. If you are lucky and they issue you APL, simply reject it and ask for interview period. As for me EH, my prayer is may I get that Direct APL this month.

Hello my people.,
this particular recruitment (or the process) has already taken lots of time. i don't know what actually is the issue(s) behind it. we've fought ourselves, argued, anticipated and above all prayed but all to no avail for now, No updates or intel seems to effectively point us to the right direction. i pray if still alive as speculated, the outcome favours a larger percentage of us.

I commend all for maintaining decorum on the thread. it will come when it comes if it will come.. See ya'all!!!

For those who still have doubt, whenever a federal agency sends list to the federal character commission for vetting and collection of certificate of compliance, technically the recruitment process has ended

Fortunately, this happened before the interview process. Meaning interview no longer holds for this particular recruitment. FCC sent the last badge of list back to NCDMB last week for onward APL issuance.

The only process remaining is the issuance of APL which should land in the coming days depending on the ES orders.
