Please guys help me out as I'm also willing to help anyone who needs this more than I do.....

I'm using an old scuffed,broken and severely scratched huawei y541- u2(honor bee) and it limits my learning space...I cant afford school so I'm dedicated to learning web development and other programming languages a smartphone would allow, python and java IDEs and compilers wouldn't work on this version I'm using, and I struggle to write codes on the HTML/CSS/JS editor ....it lags and I have to rotate the screen just to get every letter ,the navigation bar is dead, i had to download a navigation bar to be able to use the phone.....the phone is damaged but I manage...it isn't even presentable,the camera doesn't even work, I don't say I have a phone in public and I don't even take it out...
