Adamawa Governor Umaru Fintiri was absent on Wednesday when Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Governors’ Forum met at the Umuobiakwa, Obingwa local government area country home of Abia Governor Okezie Ikpeazu.

Others in attendance were Governors Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi (Enugu); Nyesom Wike (Rivers); Ifeanyi Okowa (Delta); Godwin Obaseki (Edo); Aminu Tambuwal (Sokoto); Seyi Makinde (Oyo); Douye Diri (Bayelsa); Emmanuel Udom (Akwa Ibom) and Samuel Ortom (Benue).

Though there was no official statement by the Abia State Government over the visit of the Governors, it was gathered zoning would top the issues they will consider.

The Governors, as of the time of filing this report, were in a close- door meeting.

They would address journalists at the end of their meeting.

These governors are going to show Atiku shege grin grin

He thought this was 2019, when the atmosphere favoured him in the PDP.

Just go to his Twitter page and see below par engagement his tweets about his declaration is performing, unlike 2019, when any of his tweets were retweeted thousands times...but not even up to 300 people liked or tweeted his deceleration.

Atiku is finished. Aside the Afghaneasthern people online, nobody is even discussing his declaration today..

Wishing them all the best. Any good thing that can chase away the evil party from power is always welcome.

And the same thing goes on and on and on....
Anyways, all of us @ will always respect each and everyone's political affiliation,
And we hope others respect ours also.
That being said,

It is interesting and vital to note here that the PDP which many of us igbos still proudly support and adore was in power for 16 solid years and in those years there were 4 Presidential Inaugurations and on none of those was an Igbo man found worthy by the PDP of even Vice Presidency and we are still bold to say it is the APC that has not even finished one and a half tenure that doesn't want to give power to Igbos.
Odi nma.

Now, despite all the brouhaha since last election, thinking the party igbos support so much will bring a Presidential candidate from our region out for once in their 23 years existence,
But for where, they have been relegated once again.
Anyways, politics is a matter of choice.

NOW; Seriously, let's be sincere. As things stand today politically, why would the APC even hand power to us Igbos in 2023?
On what grounds?
On what records?
On what politics?
Is power given to anyone?
Is it an appeasement or a gift?

The APC is a political party.
The main focus of a political Party is to hold power and keep it to enable it deliver on its agenda. So if the APC reads that the SE does not want the Presidency or does not have the capacity to help them win and keep power, they will stick with the regions that can and work with individuals who are interested.

obembet:

Igbo prefer to another Fulani Terriost than thier brother. I never see Igbo support thier brother... Still wonder why they hate other tribe that has never hold any position in East
Hmmmmm, this is deep!
Say no more Mr Obembet! cool

helinues:
Is this an official declaration?
Anyways, Atiku na customer daada
Atiku don declare at last?
His online fraudsters and criminals have been waiting for this for a very long time,
They have spent all their energy campaigning for another candidate in the last 100 days.
We hope they still have some energy left in their cannibalistic lean bodies.

Hehehehe grin cheesy wink grin cheesy

Time to celebrate.
This better Nigeria, sane, honest and hardworking Nigerians must have by force.
Time to celebrate in advance........ wink

FreeStuffsNG:
Iyen na nice. He is likely to win the PDP ticket as usual.
On the mandate of Asiwaju Tinubu I stand.

Just to let you know why Asiwaju Tinubu towers far above HE Atiku and others and state few of the reasons why I state that Asiwaju Tinubu is competent and the most prepared,I may need to take you down memory lane of his account of stewardship in public office sirs and mas.

As the Executive Governor of Lagos State, Asiwaju Tinubu recovered what is now called Eko Atlantic from the raging Atlantic ocean Lagos Bar beach coast line flooding (for decades that problem even some of the more developed nations explain away as climate change problems) defied all solutions by FG and the highbrow strategic Victoria Island was deteriorating fast with businesses, embassies, hotels etc exiting VI in droves. During that time, the Atlantic ocean flooding reach the fringes of Ozumba after the flood completely take over Adetokunbo Ademola. Lagos State Government under the brilliant , resourceful and hardworking Asiwaju Tinubu solved that herculean challenge and today, VI is back to its glory.

It was Asiwaju Tinubu that brought back the Lagos Central Business District and Broad street commercial nerve centre of Nigeria back to life after it was abandoned, it's Asiwaju Tinubu who built major roads from Oregun to Lawanson to Igando LASU to as far as Badagry etc.

Asiwaju Tinubu is the one who fixed the horrible waste problem we had in Lagos and that LASTMA and BRT you see was created by Asiwaju. Asiwaju Tinubu was the one who got Lagos State to be part of the owners of Econet and unlike Delta State where the shares were sold and funds pocketed, Lagos State Shares were warehoused with professional investors in the state investment agency called Ibile holdings.

Asiwaju Tinubu increased bursaries to students of Lagos State origin (NULASS) and made public schools free for all Lagosians regardless of your tribe, religion or political party affiliation after his administration had successfully returned missionary schools to their original owners( other states later copied Lagos) . It was during his tenure that Ikeja General Hospital became a teaching Hospital, upgraded most of the clinics to General Hospitals giving free health to the 5 years and below and Lagosians of 65 years and above age group. .

The fund that BRF used to quickly build infrastructures were the LGA funds withheld by Pa Obasanjo and despite that Asiwaju Tinubu never owed salaries.

When the purchase of FG refineries by Alhaji Dangote was cancelled by HE Yardua, Alhaji Aliko Dangote ran to Asiwaju Tinubu after most state governments and governors in the SS gave Dangote a cold shoulder. Today, through the assistance Asiwaju Tinubu gave Aliko Dangote, Dangote Refinery is taking off to help us stop the petrol subsidy killing our naira and public finances.

Asiwaju Tinubu is loyal to those who paid the ultimate price for our democracy and today heroes like Bagauda Kalto, Pa Alfred Rewane, Pa Abraham Adesanya etc are immortalized in Lagos .

One of the most memorable achievements of Asiwaju Tinubu for me was helping to stop the blood letting and recurring Hausa-Yoruba/OPC war in Idi Araba and Agege. Those hellish period of unrest defied even the effort of past military state administrators of Lagos but Asiwaju Tinubu was able to solve it.

That Lagos State Government civil service is regarded as the best in Nigeria is due to the hardwork Asiwaju Tinubu did to reform it, create Tutors General offices, improved harmonized pay structure, best pension scheme for civil servants etc.
I can go on and on to educate you on the legacies of Asiwaju Tinubu still standing till today as my reasons for my confidence in Asiwaju Tinubu sir/ma

That's why my appeal goes to you my fellow patriotic Nigerians to please vote for Asiwaju Tinubu.
Please vote for Asiwaju Tinubu.

Unfortunately, athifku is the only candidate from SE. If other Southern govs now team up against him, are you saying the SE will therefore not have a single candidate for igbo presidency?

So how do you want SE to achieve igbo presidency?

They should let atiku have the ticket.
I'm from south south and I would love one of our people to get the ticket, or from south east. But we all know that it is only Atiku that can give Tinubu a sound defeat.
Anything that wouod deprive Tinubu from being president is okay with me. Even if power remains in the north for another 8 years, it is better than Tinubu
