Even if Obi becomes a VP in PDP. By 2031, for example it must have been the turn of the north in APC too. So if we follow the north deny SE ticket. Na cycle e go be. At the end of the day, that won't stop the SW from progressing. No be today we dey opposition. |

Salvador1: East has always been PDP, hence you are not doing something new. In fact it is foolishness to do something same way over and over again and expect a different result. Until you make yourself a stake holders in all political parties, you are short-changing yourself. Mind you, 2011, 2015 is about south-south (SS). Stop taking SS victory as that of SE. Mind you SS might even have a shot at presidency again because they are stakes holders in those 2 big parties. Heck, there is even a word that Jonathan might even be APC flag bearer. 2 Likes |

The money/resources in the Eastern States is enough to make the place a heaven on earth, unfortunately we are good at blaming others for our own failure....... instead of asking the governors/leaders of your states some important questions,.......tribalism will only allow you to see Buhari as your problem..... |

colorsofrainbow: I am a realist and this is politics nothing is assured. The problem with your people is you're not always logical when thinking politically. An adept follower of Nigerian political terrain knows Jagaban is the only politician that can match Atiku wealth for wealth, clout for clout and vice versa. No living Igbo man has the capacity to defeat a Jagaban in an election today. And that's why Tambuwal said it's better PDP give the ticket to them because they are the only ones that can win election for PDP. And that's fact. So people who knows politics well knows that Atiku vs Jagaban is fairly balanced and the little advantage Atiku might seem to have can be decimated if Aso rock plays the incumbency role very well like OBJ did. But the problem, with your zone and it's people is you're so beclouded with hate that you cannot analyse a simple political scenario in Nigeria without sentiments. Acknowledging Atiku strength is not accepting defeat or anything, this is not the first time a Yoruba man will defeat a northerner in an election. The only P is that when it comes to logical political conversation you guys cannot last long because you're filled with hate. I don't support Atiku doesn't mean I hate him because after all he's old just like Jagaban. But you guys lack political logic that's why you hate anything you don't support. Same way you hate Islam and the north instead of judging people on a case by case basis devoid of ethnic and religion affiliations. That's where a Yoruba man is better. Same Fulani you claim we are slaves for is the same Fulani you are queuing behind. 2 Likes |

Bounceboune7: The devil you know, is better than the angel you do not know. The igbos do not allow any single person to wield such power over them. Tinubu's develpmental model is commendable. However, his model on governance and accountability, is not sustainable. ''Agbero'' can metamorphose into western banditry if government at anytime in the nearest future, chjooses to outlaw the 'touts'. 1 Like 1 Share |

Why is PDP wasting time to contest 2023 election? Can't they see the hand written on the wall that they can never return back to power irrespective of their investment in making sure they portray this government and the country in negative image. |

Laggafin: You didn't vote for OBJ because you are detribalized. You voted for PDP. Irrespective of the party candidate, SE will always vote for PDP. Nigerians vote along party lines Irrespective of the candidate, everyone dey look for their meal ticket. In the SW apart for Lagos it can go either way albeit with APC having a small upper hand in most state except for Lagos. Same with the north, it can go either way. It seems SE and to some extent SS are the only ones sticking with 1 party. 1 Like |

M1Garand:Another beer parlor analysis.. A regional leader has suddenly become who to beat cuz he and other parties came into coalition to bring in Bubu in 2015.. hey let me tell you.. the real people who did the damage for Jonathan was the Northern oligarch who left PDP enmasse cuz they were desperate to have power return to the North.. you folks should stop giving the drug barron a crown that doesn't belong to him.. even if the presidency gives him support in APC today.. and the North presents a candidate in PDP.. he will fail woefully cuz even within the South West he has stiff opposition.. talkless of the South East or south Central that will never support him.. so how is he going to win? 2 Likes |

Frigga13: Igbos betrayed him na But na Yorubas be betrayal right? Nitwi.ts! But the funny thing about Igbos betrayal is that the north didn't find them worthy in the next major election but voted massively for Abiola. Another proof that whenever North is tired, presidency is coming back to South West. Igbos should keep up with the hate game. 1 Like |

I see Bola Asiwaju Tinubu winning a landslide victory in 2023 if Atiku or any northerner becomes PDP presidential candidates. It is only a southern candidate in pdp that can stop Tinubu. Nysom Wike should declare for president. He has my support 100% . As for peter Obi, he has been a coward from the days of Abraham. He can continue asslicking Atiku. A man with no ambition. You leave Apga and decamp to PDp only to be eyeing Vp. Shame!! 2 Likes |
