People just comment without reading or having a full understanding of the content of this post. A supreme court decision had already established the illegality of Governor Buni chairing the affairs of APC as it negates the provisions of the constitution of the country as well as APC constitution. Trust me, since that court judgement, I have held the fear that APC ceases to be a political party and that's what PDP is reaffirming. This calls for great concerns and not name calling.
Which SC decision was that?
Stop feeding people with lies. The SC actually agreed that Buni can hold the Caretaker Chairman's position in a split decision.

then why didn't pdp keep quiet to use the apc mistake for their benefits. Pdp really need to go for crash program on opposition.

Would have engaged you but seeing this gutter language I have to pass.

Still wondering how adults would engage by always using gutter words.

Have a nice evening
You can only engage when you are armed with fact not when you have none.
I'm always surprise to see learned people writing rubbish because they refused to be current with happenings in their environment.
I am waiting for you to tell me what supreme court says.

you are a disgrace if you think pdp is a good opposition party. If pdp really know that apc will fall in that pit why didn't them keep quiet so that they can capitalize on apc mistake?
Meanwhile, can you tell us the supreme court judgement that void Buni leadership?

I now see that a lot of Nigerians are ignorant cause how can one say PDP isnt making sense.. APC under Cecpc or whatever they contrapted is ultra vires by the electoral act and even dia own constitution.. this is exactly what their former national legal adviser Muiz banire told them and later festus kayemo screamed to their party that they have just set landmines for themselves that cud bury them all like case of zamfara.. but they shut him up and went ahead. PDP is even helping them now to expose the gaffe and if they are wise.. they should call back Adams oshomole to be the one to conduct fresh congresses across states and conduct a national convention to elect new leaders.. or even call a Nwc / NEC meeting and dissolve Adams oshomole tenure officially and den elect an Interim chairman that is not holding anoder executive position etc as a Govornor of state to run Congress and national convention inter Alia.. anything short of dis.. the APC is on path of self destruct and will play into the hands of the moles in their midst to hand over victory to PDP on a platter come 2023

So all the SAN in the south did not see this coming lol, receiving schooling on Politics 101.

As things be APC does not qualify to field any candidate in the forthcoming election, whoever wins PDP Presidential ticket will be the President of Nigeria unless a 3rd force comes in to displace them.

Hon. Debo Ologunagba this is your best press release or statement so-far and I urge PDP to challenge the APC illegibility to participate Elections in court and surely apc would be stopped from been recognized as a political party.
The PDP can sue the APC on this, is an internal party affair.

His legality has been affirmed by a competent court of the land. PDP Wadata House is just a gossip centre. Nothing even concern them with the affairs of another party in the first place.
Did you even read to understand the position of PDP? They are saying that CONATITUTIONALLY, the CECPC is not a legal organ recognized ANYWHERE, neither by APC constitution nor by Nigeria constitution. It has no basis and as such NULL AND VOID AB INITIO. Anyway, this was how you lot argued about Zamfara and Rivers. Keep consoling yourselves. PDP was smart on this. Tgey kept mute until 48hrs to the convention. The oly solution would have been to return Oshomole and his team to conduct this convention. But too late now, the train has left the station.

Thats the law but if INEC feels they will monitor the convention thats their own, but I clearly doubt if Apc will have any valid candidates
something they hv won election with( ondo, i think kogi as well) and the judiciary didn't upturn the victory.

I have received a lot of mentions raining insults on my comment where they were supposed to ask reasonable questions for clarification, but I leave the unsolicited answers for future litigations. APC maybe on their way to destruction. There is a way that seemeth right unto a man but the end thereof is destruction. I will not say this again.
Delete that nonsense now...
